Standard Operating Procedure Overview: Preparedness for Fall Opening
We would like to share our COVID-19 Preparedness Guidelines that have been developed to safeguard our students and staff members. The first page focuses on proven procedures implemented in the spring. The second page outlines additional safety measures Campus Cooks is taking this fall to continue to ensure the safe preparation, delivery, and maintenance of your food service.

- ServSafe manager training
- OSHA guidelines and standards
- Laundry services
- Single serve, To-Go service
- Tamper evident seals for late plates and leftovers
- Temperature checks for staff
- Twice a week training for our managers
By sharing with you the steps Campus Cooks’ will take, our intent is that you feel comfortable with the kitchen operations and can focus your time/energy on more immediate issues as you prepare for fall.
