Fall 2020 Food Service Manual

Even though we do not yet know what the fall will bring us, we want to share an update on how Campus Cooks is thoroughly preparing to start service. Recently, we have:

  • Begun conducting twice a week ZOOM training with our staff to reinforce our infectious disease protocols and educate our team on our Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s); these will continue indefinitely
  • Created a user-friendly manual that shares Campus Cooks’ SOP’s
 

We encourage National Housing Corporations to share the manual with their Local Boards to assist their chapter’s in preparing, executing, and maintaining a safe, effective food service. And, for our clients to use the manual as a resource to answer questions that they are fielding from their membership and their parents.

Through shared content and best practices, we can do our best to provide a safe environment for our students and staff.
