Employee Spotlight: Bradley Lewis

by | Feb 12, 2019

This week’s Employee Spotlight is Bradley Lewis. Bradley is a Kitchen Assistant at Phi Mu at the University of North Carolina. This is Bradley’s first year with Campus Cooks and has been an amazing asset to the team at Phi Mu. When asked, Bradley said “The best part of working with Campus Cooks is the knowledge and experience I am gaining that can translate to anywhere in life.” He said, “Chef Chris Bender and Chef Chris Musgrove are teaching me skills and allowing me to try new things.”

Bradley loves working at Phi Mu. “The atmosphere is awesome. I love being at Phi Mu and working for the women of the house.” The feeling is mutual, as well. House Director Deb Chapman says, “We love Bradley, he is always so polite and a joy to have at Phi Mu.”

Bradley is originally from Raleigh and grew up loving to skateboard and play Frisbee golf. He and his girlfriend of 10 years, Kristina, have two children and one on the way. In his free time Bradley says he enjoys spending time with his children. Elijah, 2, is already a Lego Master and budding train enthusiast. Kaliyah, 4, holds an amazing tea party and makes the best cup of imaginary tea you could ever hope to taste.

When asked about what he hopes to accomplish in his time with Campus Cooks Bradley said, “ I am looking to grow and advance and hopefully have my own house one day.” Living by the philosophy “As above so it is below,” I can see a bright future for Bradley, and it is a honor to have him on the Campus Cooks Team! Well done, Bradley!
