At Campus Cooks, we believe a professionally managed kitchen not only enhances, but improves the Greek experience. Each month throughout the 2018-2019 school year, Campus Cooks will feature one element of wellness each month, from The Campus Cooks Wellness Wheel.

This Month’s Wellness Feature is: Physical Wellness

What is Physical Wellness?
The maintenance of a healthy body through good nutrition, regular exercise, and avoidance of harmful habits.

Are you physically well?
• Do I engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day?
• Do I learn to recognize warning signs when my body begins to feel ill?
• Do I eat a variety of healthy foods and control my meal portions?
• Do I maintain a regular sleep schedule with proper rest?

What is Campus Cooks doing?
Campus Cooks handles dietary restrictions such as lactose and gluten intolerance, as well diet choices, such as vegetarian. By focusing on REAL FOOD, our chefs prepare their own stock, trim their own meat and utilize locally sourced products; which results in food made from scratch. Our success stories have included many students feeling a stronger bond within their house and more!
